Craig Price
A chartered accountant with an investment banking background in structured credit and structured debt capital markets transactions, with over 20 years experience as a financial services professional.
Mr. Price is a financial services professional with over 22 years of experience and has worked at a number of leading institutions including HSBC, Deloitte and UniCredit.
Over his career, Mr. Price specialized in structured credit and structured capital markets transactions within the debt capital markets. Transactions typically involved enhancing the risk adjusted return by monetizing an asymmetric regulatory, tax or accounting treatment between the counterparts or jurisdictions involved.
In recent years, Mr. Price has been heavily involved in designing and structuring transactions involving alternative assets, soft commodities and environmental impact solutions.
Mr. Price is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds an honors degree in mathematics.
Dr. Miray Zaki
Dr. Miray Zaki is a seasoned investor with a distinguished career in private equity, credit, and special situations investing. She leverages her global expertise to empower visionary entrepreneurs and companies to achieve sustainable growth.
Dr. Zaki has a proven track record of identifying and structuring best-in-class risk-adjusted return opportunities across asset classes and geographies. Her experience spans the Middle East, North America, and Europe, providing her with a unique understanding of diverse markets.
Prior to leading sustainability investments at Gulf Capital, Dr. Zaki co-managed the Planthesis fund, focusing on food security and sustainability initiatives. She also served as the first female CIO of a philanthropic endowment in the Middle East, spearheading investment activities for the Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable Foundation.
Dr. Zaki’s impressive career includes investment roles at ADIA, Endeavor Capital, and Deutsche Bank. Her background in engineering and computer science, coupled with an MBA from the University of Chicago, equips her with a comprehensive perspective on business challenges and opportunities.
A recognized leader, Dr. Zaki is a Fulbright Scholar and has twice been named one of Dow Jones Financial News’ Top 100 Women in Finance. She is deeply committed to fostering sustainable growth for the businesses and communities she partners with.
